The mission of Fem2Tech is to establish a community of women for women in the technology industry, where they can network, collaborate and share experiences and resources. We strive to provide a space where women can support each other, and aim to give opportunities to women currently in the tech industry as well as those who aspire to enter it. Our team is composed entirely of women who are dedicated to achieving this goal.

Fem2Tech connects rising female leaders in technology with established professionals through a mentorship and exchange program. The program provides access to networks, resources, and knowledge to support participants to achieve their full potential.
